Terms of Service

Accessing the Vynex Portal, queue tooling, API endpoints, Discord automation, or any associated property constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Supplemental policies—such as the Community Rules, Privacy Notice, or queue-specific guidelines—form part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any term or future update, you must stop using the services immediately and, where appropriate, request closure of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to enter this agreement. When linking Steam, Discord, or FiveM accounts you confirm that you own those identifiers and that they are in good standing.

Registration details must remain accurate. Staff may request verification at any time and can suspend accounts that provide false information, evade bans, or attempt to impersonate other players.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any session tokens issued to you. Do not share queue invites, portal sessions, or Discord auto-login links with others.

All actions taken from your account—including activity performed by linked bots or integrations—are assumed to be yours. Contact staff via the Support Center if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to disrupt other members, attack or probe infrastructure, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the portal to harass staff and players. Reverse engineering, scraping restricted data, or automating queue entry without permission is prohibited.

Violation of acceptable use may result in removal of queue priority, permanent suspension from the city, or referral to platform partners (Steam, Discord) if their terms are breached.

Third-party services (Discord, Steam, Tebex/store.vynexrp.net, payment processors) are subject to their own terms. By linking or purchasing through those services, you also accept their policies.

Store purchases and queue perks are non-transferable and subject to revocation if obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or behaviour that threatens the community. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through the Support Center.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time to protect stability, comply with legal requirements, or roll out upgrades. When feasible, significant changes will be communicated through Discord announcements or email.

While we strive to provide accurate queue positions, inventory summaries, and status updates, data can become stale or temporarily unavailable. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced when possible.

The portal and its integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VynexRP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services. You agree to indemnify VynexRP and its staff against claims resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the portal after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the revised version.

Questions about these terms, data requests, or appeals can be submitted via the Support Center or emailed to partnerships@vynexrp.net.
