Our goal is to provide an environment where losing a gun fight or chase doesn't punish the player, but instead offers engaging RP for everyone involved.
We reward collaborative storytelling, not scoreboard victories.
Staff only intervene when behaviour clearly harms the community. We are not here to police every move you make.
Consequences focus on the actual impact. If the RP was fun and fair for everyone, we usually leave it alone.
These standards cover the server, Discord, and any space where you represent VynexRP. Respect and safety are non-negotiable.
Use tickets and channels for their intended purpose. Keep reports clear, respectful, and on-topic.
Do not spam, meme, or argue with staff through tickets—misuse can lead to restrictions or disciplinary action.
All usernames, character names, and profile content must follow community standards, and advertising other servers without approval is prohibited.
Roleplay first. Stay in character at all times and reciprocate the RP offered to you—even during grinding or heists.
Harassment disguised as RP is still harassment. Respect OOC boundaries and use tickets if you're unsure.
Do not break character mid-scene. Finish the interaction, then report concerns through proper channels.
No exploiting, combat logging, abusing respawn mechanics, or transferring items between characters.
Value your life and accept consequences. Surrender when cornered unless you're planning serious, permanent story fallout.
Metagaming, stream sniping, powergaming, or fail RP all undermine immersive storytelling and are prohibited.
Give opponents time to react. No random or vehicle deathmatching, teleport camping, or staged advantage grabs.
Respect numbers caps (5v5 for civilians/criminals, police follow SOP) and cooldowns between large shootouts.
Pocket wiping or looting without narrative value is griefing and may result in punishment.
General civilian and criminal conflicts are capped at 5v5; heists allow 5 participants, while police follow their SOP limits.
Defend turf with the players already present—you cannot drag extra attackers into a fight to bypass limits.
Endless or back-to-back shootouts without downtime are considered fail RP. Allow stories to breathe before reigniting major conflict.
Stay in character while downed—no OOC trash talk or mechanic complaints.
Executed characters forget specific identifying details of their attackers but remember the broad reasons behind the conflict.
Ocean dumping is for story, not to force permadeath or erase evidence.
Erotic RP and graphic torture or mutilation RP are prohibited.
Avoid "bad taste" narratives mirroring real-world tragedies without prior staff approval.
Secure clear, prior consent before running heavy or potentially triggering scenes.
Use departmental power fairly and with RP justification. Targeting specific players OOCly is fail RP.
Never leak or sell speciality vendor items tied to your job. Open a ticket if you're frustrated—do not sabotage IC.
Low-effort crime in and around government buildings (hospitals, police lobbies, etc.) is prohibited.
Respect server-wide events. Do not interrupt them unless senior staff has pre-approved the storyline.
Gunplay must follow RP build-up. De-escalate whenever possible before pulling weapons.
Do not camp teleport exits, ladders, or elevators to ambush players without counterplay.
Consent is required for graphic content, significant torture scenes, or pregnancy complications RP.
